6. IMPORTANT THING, DONT OPEN THIS AFTER ANOTHER PROJECT, IT WILL FOLLOW YOUR TARGET SIZE (50000) not the one u set.
JUST CHOOSE step No.1 AND JUST PUT FILTER&DO INTERLACING,THEN ENCODE
7. NOTE: if after u encode but your video and subs timing are not match.
IGNORE this step.
> If your file type is MPEG or VOB, then u must put this filter to make line inside video gone!
